The journey of one package

01Received
Each carton is recorded at the China warehouse with its photo, weight and measurements, and matched to the packing list.
02Loaded
Packages are grouped into batches and shipments, with loading schedules and departure status as the load moves.
03Billed
Bills are built from each package. Importers pay by card or Mobile Money, or at the office.
04Updated
Importers are told at each step, by SMS or WhatsApp, in their own language.
A truck arrives at the warehouse. The supervisor photographs the day's packing list, straight from the notebook.
Spanhaul reads the rows. The company's own rules are applied first, and only the lines those rules cannot place go to an AI model, where AI is enabled. Staff confirm every row before anything is recorded.
