See the facade before you buy it.
For facade projects in Accra and across Ghana, we survey the elevation, model it in 3D and show you the finished building before fabrication. Techengy then coordinates the facade supply and installation as one scope. The inspection and render happen before you commit.
Five steps, and the first two are free.
Free site inspection
We come to the building and survey the elevation — dimensions, substrate, fixing conditions, access, and what the structure will actually carry. No cost, no obligation to order. Most facade problems are found here, or found expensively later.
3D model of your elevation
We model the facade and show you the finished building before anything is cut. Pattern, perforation density, panel module, finish and shadow are agreed while they are still a file rather than a delivery.
Fixed quotation
Priced off the survey and the model, itemised by panel, framing, fixings and installation — so you can see what each part of the envelope costs. Supply-only if you have your own installers.
Fabrication
Panels are cut to the approved pattern and finished — powder coated or anodised — before they reach site. Framing is cut to the surveyed dimensions, not to the drawing dimensions.
Installation and handover
Installed by our teams: framing, panels, seals and drainage as one scope, so water management is not split between trades. One contract covers product and workmanship.
Fins and perforated screens are pattern decisions — which is exactly why they are modelled before they are cut.
A facade is judged from across the street.
You see it before you buy it
A perforated screen is a pattern decision, and patterns are almost impossible to judge from a sample. Rendered on your own elevation the density either works or it does not — and changing it at that stage costs nothing.
The survey catches what drawings miss
Existing buildings are never quite what the drawings say. Measuring the elevation before fabrication is why panels arrive fitting the building instead of fitting the plan.
One contract, product and workmanship
Facade failures are usually interface failures — the panel is fine, the seal or the fixing is not. Supplying and installing the whole assembly removes the argument about whose fault it is.
The whole envelope, not only the panels.
- Decorative facade screens — perforated and parametric metal panels, cut to your pattern
- Structural glazing — full-height glazed facades with concealed framing
- Aluminium framing — thermally broken profiles, powder-coated to specification
- Spider and point-fixed systems — minimal-frame entrances, atria and shopfronts
- Windows and doors — sliding, casement and folding systems in matching finishes
Available supply-only if you have your own installers, or supplied and installed as a single contract.
