No walls opened.

For finished homes and apartments in Accra and across Ghana, retrofit automation adds coordinated lighting scenes, climate control, cameras and curtains without chasing walls. The system reuses suitable back boxes and fittings already in the property.

Process

Five stages, and none of them involve a chisel.

01

Walk the property

We look at what is already there — switch plates, back boxes, the consumer unit, where the router sits and where the signal actually reaches. That visit decides what is possible without opening anything.

02

Agree the rooms

Retrofit works best done in stages. We usually start with the rooms you use most and the things that annoy you daily, rather than automating the whole house at once.

03

Fit and pair

Smart switches replace existing plates in the same back boxes. Sensors and locks mount without cabling. A wall panel goes where the old thermostat or intercom was. Most homes are done in days, not weeks.

04

Scenes and handover

We build the scenes with you, in your own rooms, using your own routine — then show whoever else lives there how to use it. Voice assistants are set up at this point if you want them.

05

Extend later

The system is designed to be added to. A second phase of rooms, cameras or curtains joins the same app without replacing what is already installed.

Why retrofit

Why this suits a finished house.

No chasing, no replastering

Devices reuse existing back boxes and mounting points. There is no cutting into walls, no dust through the house, and no repainting bill hiding behind the quote.

Start small, prove it

One room is a legitimate first order. Most people who automate a whole house at once regret at least a third of it, so we would rather you tested the idea cheaply.

It comes with you

Panels, switches and sensors are removable. For a rental or a property you may not keep, that matters more than any feature on the box.

What we fit

Everything mounts to what is already there.

  • Wall control panel — an 8-inch in-wall touch screen for lighting, air conditioning, curtains and scenes
  • Smart switches — glass-panel plates replacing existing switches in the same back box
  • Motorised curtains — battery and mains track motors fitted to existing rails where the rail allows
  • Wireless sensors — motion, door, water leak, smoke and gas, all battery powered
  • Cameras and locks — wireless cameras and smart locks with per-user access
  • Voice control — Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant alongside the panel and app

Whole-property packages are available for villas, apartment blocks, hotels, clubhouses, retail and restaurants — the same range, specified at scale.

Still building?

If the walls are still open, wiring the building properly is better value and completely invisible once finished.

Questions

Straight answers.

Will you open the walls?

No. Devices reuse existing back boxes and mounting points. There is no cutting into walls, no dust through the house, and no repainting bill hiding behind the quote.

Can we start with one room?

Yes. One room is a legitimate first order. Retrofit works best in stages — usually the rooms you use most and the things that annoy you daily.

What if we are still building?

If the walls are still open, wiring the building properly is better value and completely invisible once finished. See wired installation.
